Drill the holes and pin the fishplates with bits of filament.

I used "Beadsmith" wire bending pliers and the printed bending jigs to form and cut to length. Frist bend the lower loop with the pliers, next the upper bend to the jig and finishing this with the pliers. Cut lengths to the jig.
