Werner comments "The only jewellery caster I found so far who is willing and able to do these castings is Kauselmann/Pforzheim/D https://kauselmann.com/. Their representative, Mr. Fessler cautions that such fine castings are prone to casting faults and may require some fiddling to clear the bores. Shapeways/USA https://www.shapeways.com/ has resumed their lost wax casting service but they refuse to do the nozzle castings (too difficult). There might be other outfits for sourcing these items, closer to home. Give it a try
