It looks like the bogie picture added to this listing is for a different item, my notes are as follows:
- The bogie needs a long, narrow self-tapping screw to pass through the Frame Bolster Retainer, Truck Top Center and into the Frame Bolster Mount. 
- The bogie is assembled with the Truck Bottom Centre glued to the Truck Side Frames, and the Truck Top Centre fitted loosely (the Top must be inserted into the Side Frames first, otherwise it wont fit, but only the Bottom glued), with the cylindrical recesses facing inward 
- The Bottom and Top are then kept separate with small springs to provide suspension

To complete:
- 4x 3mm ground axles, 65mm long.
- 4x 4mm OD/3mm ID x 6mm long brass tube (K&S)
- 4x 10BA/M1.5 fixing screws at least 5mm or so (to hold the frame halves together and for the two bogie pivots)
- 2mm rod/tube in brass/styrene for the brake wheel shaft
- Coupling links of some sort. I used Walsall 3-link metal coupling hooks/coupling links with the printed springs in this model.
- Springs 4mm OD x 12-15mm long (Aliexpress £1-2)

John Dixon has commented that this vehicle can be used without bolsters to represent wagons converted to Flat-S to carry vehicles/etc.
